What to include

The more complete the report, the faster we can locate the problem. These details save a round of back-and-forth:

  • App version (Settings → About → Version)
  • Device model and OS version
  • What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened
  • Screenshots or a screen recording (especially for UI issues)
  • The on-screen error message or a log excerpt

Please never send passwords, cloud-drive access tokens or other account credentials — we don't need them to diagnose an issue.

No. Hyper Music has no account system: your library, playback history, favorites and playlists stay on your own device. When you connect a cloud drive or media server, the authorization credentials are issued by that provider and stored locally on your device.
